HOMECARE SERVICES

At CarePlus, we provide EXCELLENT CARE +, loving relationships with our clients and their families. Over the years medical research has shown that many people do not need hospitalization or nursing home care. They thrive in their own home where they can enjoy the security and support of family and friends. But, they might need varying forms of assistance with their personal care and daily activities.

With today's busy lifestyles, there is not always a family member available to provide assistance and companionship on a regular basis. And they also will need some type of relief.

That's when you call "CarePlus". Our caregivers have been specially trained to help with daily activities and personal health care, such as: Bathing, Dressing, Meal-Preparation and Feeding, Light Housekeeping, Laundry, Shopping and Transportation to Doctor's Appointment, Assistance with Walking, Ambulation and Transfer and Medically Related Activities.

If the time comes when a facility care is needed, CarePlus' caregivers can help new residents become acclimated to the facility. They provide personal, one-on-one support during the often-difficult transition on moving day. They can help residents unpack, organize their rooms and generally navigate their new environment.

If a facility cannot accommodate a new resident (on a short or long-term basis) we can refer a caregiver to help them at home until a room becomes available.

SERVICES OPTIONS

Hourly Care:

Professional customized care for those times when it is needed most, from 4 hours to 24 hours per day. (Priced at a regular hourly rate, for 24hr care a reduces hourly rate is charged)

 

Live-in Care:

A very popular, cost-effective program designed for those who need twenty-four hour (24) care daily, but where three 8-hours shifts are too much. (Priced at a flat daily rate)

 

Special Care Fund:

A non-profit fund to give short term grants to qualified individuals who desperately need assistance and are unable to afford home care. Every time clients utilize the services of a "CarePlus" caregiver, the corporate office donates a portion of the fee to the Special Care Fund.
